HARA × NOAH SURF HOUSE
Perform with
nothing to prove.
Natural cork surfboards.
Shaped by Luís Lacrau in Portugal.
What HARA is
Cork surfboards built around a different idea of performance.
HARA starts with proven shapes. Cork changes how the board feels, how it lasts, and the relationship a surfer has with it.
A calmer ride. A board with a character of its own.

Shape + material
The material is unusual.
The shape is proven.
Shapes developed through the know-how and experience of Luís Lacrau, then validated by consistent feedback from a wide range of surfers.
The centre of the body
Ride for rhythm,
not adrenaline.
In Japanese, HARA is the centre of the body — the place you move from when you stop forcing it.
Built from the inside out
A natural surface.
A precise structure.
Composite-faced sandwich
Cork and carbon fibre form the outer faces around a fully waterproof, recyclable XPS core. Vacuum-bonded with epoxy resin, the structure is fully compacted before the final shape is crafted. Cork’s compression resilience helps protect against buckling, snapping, abrasion and natural wear.
Made to live with
Made to be used
and to last.
Drops, bumps, sun and salt. Cork’s surface resists damage and dings, stays low-maintenance and is easy to repair.
It ages beautifully. When needed, it can be sanded and renewed until it looks new again.
- Impact resistant
- Salt resistant
- Easy to repair

One board is enough
when you see the sea differently.
We would love to bring HARA to Noah
and let the surfing do the talking.
